Three Focused Offerings for Development Teams
Each offering addresses a different stage of MLOps maturity. Browse the details below or get in touch to talk through what fits your team's current situation.
Back to HomeHow Each Engagement Works
Initial Conversation
We start with a short conversation about where the team is currently and what they are trying to improve. This shapes which offering fits and how it should be framed.
Scoped Agreement
Before any engagement begins, scope, deliverables, and schedule are set in writing. Pricing is confirmed upfront in MYR with no hourly variables.
Delivery and Handover
Sessions are delivered as agreed. Deliverables — templates, pipelines, handbooks — are handed over in usable form. The team can act on them from day one.
MLOps Foundations Workshop
A workshop covering the core habits of running models well — versioning, testing, and repeatable builds — taught with practical, copy-ready examples. We keep it grounded and tool-agnostic. Suited to developers who are new to operations work and want to build the right habits early.
- Experiment and model versioning fundamentals
- Reproducible training environment setup
- Basic testing strategies for ML pipelines
- Starter template repository (copy-ready)
- Practices checklist for ongoing reference
How It Runs
- 1Day one: core concepts and versioning practices with live examples
- 2Day two: testing, builds, and working through the starter template together
- 3End-of-workshop handover of checklist and repository template
Pipeline Build Coaching
A coaching package where we work alongside a team to shape a reliable training-and-deployment pipeline, explaining choices as we go so the team can maintain it themselves. Guidance is hands-on and always connected to the team's actual codebase. Best for small engineering teams that already have some model work running but want a more structured pipeline.
- Pipeline structure design and review
- Training loop and deployment step guidance
- Shared work on the team's real repository
- Reference pipeline provided at end
- Annotated session notes for each meeting
How It Runs
- 1Session one: assess current pipeline state, agree on what to build toward
- 2Session two: hands-on shared work on the pipeline with live explanation
- 3Session three: review, remaining gaps, final reference pipeline handover
Team Enablement Advisory
An advisory engagement that helps a development team raise its operational practices steadily, reviewing workflows, tooling, and documentation at a comfortable pace. We act as an independent advisor. Designed for teams that are scaling their model work and want a regular, honest review from someone outside the organisation.
- Regular workflow and tooling review
- Documentation quality assessment
- Practices handbook built over three months
- Independent perspective on team decisions
- Review notes after each session
How It Runs
- 1Month one: baseline review of current workflows, first handbook draft
- 2Month two: mid-engagement review, tooling recommendations, handbook update
- 3Month three: final review, handbook completion, summary of progress and open items

Standards That Apply to Every Engagement
Confidentiality
All client code, data, and internal context is treated as confidential. Mutual NDA available on request.
Written Scope Before Start
Every engagement begins with a written agreement covering deliverables, schedule, and pricing. No surprises.
PDPA Compliance Awareness
Where engagements touch personal data or training datasets, we apply practices consistent with Malaysia's PDPA 2010.
Documented Reasoning
Recommendations come with written reasoning. Teams receive notes they can revisit independently after each session.
Fixed Pricing, No Hourly
Engagements are priced by scope, not time. The team receives the defined deliverables regardless of how long they take to produce well.
Direct Access
Questions between sessions can be directed to the practitioner, not a support queue. Short responses are provided within one business day.
Not Sure Which to Start With?
Most teams begin with a short conversation. We can usually narrow down the right starting point in fifteen minutes.
